Application

On June 1 2010 I sent a notice to Mr and Mrs Gordon abot the junk on their property and the corral that they had that was too close to the public street. Mrs Gordon called and said they would clean up the "mess" and put the corral somewhere else. This she did not do I went there on three occasions and she did not clean up her mess or move the corral.

 In August I sent the file to the attorneys office for prosection and we went forward

2011 we obtained a conviction and because the couple were on disability it was decided by the judge that as long as they cleaned up they would not have to pay a fine however if they were ever in his court again he would include the prior fine to a new one. The Gordons did clean up.

October 11 I was called by the neighbors because of the junk and dead animals, I called Animal control and Officer Betty Davis and I met up to investgate. We found junk, excessive animal excrement o the path leading to the front door and on the front lawn. We knocked on the front door and heard what seemed like two different sounding dogs barking, but no one came to the door as we were by our vehicles the Gordons next door neighbor approached us and started talking about the dogs in the back yard and that they had killed a pet domesticated rabbit a few days ago and the Gordons had yet to dispose of its body and he felt no longer safe to allow his small grandchildren to play in his back yard for fear of what they might be exposed to. He invited us into his back yard to see the dead rabbit as it was still there. We also saw three dogs. I took photographs. when we again got back to our vehicles we noticed several cats so I took photographs but there was too many of them. and wasnt quick enough, there was a little ginger cat that was over by us and wanting attention so Animal officer picked her up and we could both see that there was some sort of drainage from her eyes and she was skinny so Animal officer went to her vehicle and took out a can of cat food opend it up and set it down for the ginger cat within moments several cats were eating from the tim of cat food. I was able to take a photograph, also noticed a goat, and other foul in what appeared like dog cages.    

 I Again sent a notice to Mr. & Mrs. Gordon about the junk illegal animal rescue kennel and cattery.they did not respond to the notice. The post office tried three times October 18, October 23, November 3 the letter was then sent back to our office as unclaimed.

I posted a notice on their door December 5 2012 and on December 13 I had not received a call from the Gordons so I went by the home to see if the notice was still their and it was not. I walked the file over to the Attorneys office to start the prosecution process.

  May 1 In court for the Gordons arraignment they were in court with an attorney.
