January 27th 2014, Mr. Mark Baker came in this morning at 10:15, with three Photographs showing me that Mr. LA Violette has removed the orange truck and replaced it with a blue truck, he had removed the trailer, and is using the hot tub lids as fencing. He also showed me a photograph of a sign Mr. LA Violette posted on his property asking his neighbor Mr. Mark Baker to stop taking Photographs of his property. Mr. Mark Baker stated he feels threatened by Mr. LA Violette to which I replied if Mr. LA Violette does anything to threaten him he should call the sheriff's, he then said he had and they had responded to him that unless it is an imminent threat to his person or property that they would not respond. I also commented to Mr. Mark Baker that Mr.LA Violette posting a sign on his own property could have freedom of speech issues especially as all he is asking you to do is to stop photographing him.

Fri, January 24 2014, Mr. Marion La Violette left a message on my answering phone letting me know that he had received my notice in the mail and on the door and he was asking what the County wanted him to do. I responded and also left him a message about what he should do and advised him about the notice.

January 24 2014, Went up to see if the notice was still posted on the front door. It was.

January 22 2014, Posted a notice on the front door of Mr. Marion La Violette door and took photo of it will go up on monday and see if it has been removed. When I was up there I noticed that the trailer was no longer there but the junk was still there along with the unlicensed vehicle.
