Mr. Rod Seidel, is in violation of the Unincorporated Weber County Ordinance to allowing the collection or storage of garbage, junk, or other waste materials on his property. He has trees that have been blown down in the 2011 wind storm that he still has not cleared from his property. He has debris from the other tree he has choped, up laying on his property. Sent him a notice asking him to clean up his property.

January 28th 2014, Mr. Rod Seidel left me a message late last night telling me he received my "little notice" but could not understand what I was talking about and has decided to ignore the notice. He said for me not to bother calling him back because he doesnt have a phone that could reach outside. I will attempt to contact him again to clarify the ordinance. POhone number 801-388-2144
