Easements have been recorded by Mr. Young dealing with our concerns along the south line of the subdivision. I called Jerry Fletcher at Reeves and released for the printing of the Mylars.

New plat has been reviewed and engineering has no concerns. We do, however, recommend showing transmission lines through back of property, if they do traverse the property.

No, it is a one lot subdivision which makes the home that was built a few years ago legal. Apparently a subdivision should have taken place prior to finishing the home, which didn't happen.
