Application

1-31-2014  Planning Staff found that the A1 Zone is the only zone that has a 10 foot separtation standard related to accessory structures.  Other zones, with a separation standard, require 6 feet of separation behind the rear facing wall of the main structure.  See File ZTA2014-01 for more information.

 

Because of this inconsistency, the planning director has authorized a refund to the original applicant. Now it is a staff proposed amendment.
