May 9 Mr.Rasmussen called at 15:20 to notify me that he had cut all the posts to four(4) feet and will remove them when his project in complete.

May 7, I have spoken with Mr. Matt Rasmussen over the fence issue and improper setbacks and he informed me that he has has some comunication with Jim Gentry and Jared Andersen in regards to developing this forty one (41) acres of property. He asked if he cuts the posts to four (4) feet not fill them in as he wants to use them for part of his Storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP)when the development is complete he will remove them. As this is going to be a temporary measure and not a permanent measure, after talking with Jim Gentry we will go ahead and allow the temporary posts.
