May 10 Mr.Rypien came into the office to discuss the R.V. he wanted to use his neighbors primary use his (house) and pour a concrete pad and put his accessory use close to both properties. I informed him he could not use his neighbors primary use for his accessory and make it legal. at that time senior Planner Scott Mendoza was walking by and was attracted to our conversation and asked why would he create and make an eye sore in the canyon, Mr.Rypien replied that he had not thought of that and said that Scott had a good point. At that time it also attracted the attention of Planner Ben Hadfield and he also joined in the conversation and informed Mr.Rypien that he was close to having his project a cabin on the property complete and only had one or two things left to do and so he became interested in that conversation, Scott also talked about the placements of the fire hydrants and then Mr.Rypien decided that he had other properties that he could put the R.V. on that had primary uses. There was however a proplem the temporary water lines supplying the canyon was across his property and he may not be able to move his R.V. and run over them. He would ask Ogden city if he could and would get back to me.
