On August 16 2012 I sent Mr. Summers a notice that he had not gone through the conditional use process for the use and storage of farm equipment and related equipment for related construction work to supplement his farm business. He came in on the 6th September and informed me that he would take care of it but right now he was in the middle of doiing his hay for the year.
April 23 The Operations director called and asked me if I would contact Mr. Summers about the mess and pil of junk that he had created in the valley road shop where he had rented space from the county. This I did, and was informed Mr Summer would take care of it. In the mean time I looked and could not find a conditional use permit for his farm equipment and storage so I sent him another notice to take care of his obligation.
