Sent a notice of violation to Cross Froerer LLC Series Midland, they are in violation of the terms of the existing Conditional Use Permit For a Contractor’s equipment storage yard and office; It now appears to be a truck terminal which no approvals have been given:

 

1.2400 square foot Office/Storage building with a gravel parking area

2.Site to be used for contractor’s equipment and storage yard

3.Landscaping 10% of site

4.Green space on the north side of property and around the sides of the building

5.Fence the entire property

6.No approvals for a blue toilet

7. There also appears to be a small amount of junk that needs to be cleared up

May 28 2013, Had a meeting with Mr. Gage Froerer one of the owners Cross Froerer LLC concerning the contractor’s equipment storage yard. Assistant Director Jim Gentry was also present at the meeting. Mr. Foerer apologized that it had gotten out of hand and had written to the person who is leasing the property from his company and has asked them to clean it up and to get rid of trucks and vehicles that should not be there.He has given them ten days to clean up the mess, will do an inspection around the 7th June to see if the yard is in compliance.
