Friday October 30 2015 Planner Ben Hatfield talked to me about Mr. & Mrs. Story, he informed me that their Subdivision application has expired and he has talked to the applicants and informed them of the situation. He indicated to me to allow them a period of time and then move forward with the violation process, I asked he how long, he didn't know so I said I would send them a notice after 30 days giving them fourteen more days as the ordinance allows and then I would send it to the attorney's office for further action and criminal review.

Friday October 30 2015 Talked to Principle Planner Jim Gentry, Director Scott Mendoza, about Mr.Brent & Mrs.Elaine Story. Apparently last night at the Valley town meeting they approached the Director and said nothing has been done for over two years about his brother's Son living in his brothers barn. I have been communicating with them on a very infrequent bases every few months, but it was my understanding that it was in the Subdivision process. I talked to Mrs.Story's earlier this year about a bunch of dirt that the Son's wife had packed against their fence, Mrs. Story said that it was impacting the fence and making it weaker. I apologized to her and said that was a civil matter that the County did not get involved with things of that nature, she was upset, she wanted to know what was going on and I said that the Planners were involved in the project as they were in a subdivision process and if they would talk to Mr. Gentry he would be able to help them and advise them on that process.

Monday July 22 2013 Mr. Williams came into the office and was a little upset because his surveyor and the county surveyor were having differences of opinions on his property description and acreage. He said he hoped to have it resolved shortly.

Tuesday July 2 2013 Mr. Williams came in and gave me an update that the Semi trucks were gone and the trash picked up, he also talked a long time about his diffuclities with his brother and that he was working with his surveyor in the hopes of having all this sorted out. I Introduced Mr. Williams to Craig Brown the Building Officalso he would have an idea of what the building division would be requiring.

May 13 Mr Williams came in and spoke with Jim Gentry about making the barn a legal subdivision and family dwelling. Jim explained the process. He asked me to wait a month and if he wasn't forth coming with an application to proceed, but to carry on with the other zoning violations as I would normally would. All violations will need to be cleared before the subdivision can be final.
