Passing by Mr. Ronney Chambers one acre parcel I noticed that he again was putting construction equipment on his property. This has been a long standing discussion with the family. The County has been all the way to the Utah supreme and won it's case, we have also been twice to second district court and won the cases. The Chambers still do not seem to understand that they cannot use the property for a parking lot for their construction equipment.

Sent them a notice asking them to remove the equipment.

May 21 2013, I received a phone call from Mr. Ronney Chambers that he had received his notice of violation and had removed the construction equipment from the property.
