Notification was received from Mike Bradley with the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining about a potential unpermitted mining operation up on Avon. Our inspectors were up on site this morning and discovered that IS the case. They took numerous photo's and spoke to the workers onsite who claimed to know nothing and permitting and referred the inspectors to the Pine Ridge Excavation Office.
