I was onsite today and there is some concern or erosion entering into the stream that is on this lot, there should probably be some controls put in place. There is a concrete washout bin onsite yet the concrete is being washed out on the ground, this should be corrected. And finally there was a lot of tracking onto the roadway that needs to be eliminated and cleaned up.
