Monday 26th October 2015,
I received a call this morning from Animal Control asking for my presence at the Gordons residence. I arrived on scene approximately 9:30 am, I was met there by Animal Officer Scott Hegstrom and Lieutenant Chad Ferrin the Director of Animal Control. They informed me that there was an incident on Sunday of a pit bull attacking a pot bellied pig. And asked me to observe the residence and note any zoning violations.
I noticed that there were three violations that I could see, the horse corral was a little close to the property line, there appeared to be an overage of animals, three horses, one sheep and one pot bellied pig. There was family food production animals rabbits, and chickens. Also some junk in the yard. I have posted the notice at the house to expedite the matter as this will be the third time that Mr. & Mrs. Gordon has a violation on their property.
