This property is zoned Manufacturing Zone M1, I sent notice of violation to Mr. Gary & Mrs. Kaylyn Lylles, this is a second violation for this property. First notice sent 16 October 2012, because of too many dogs, junk and kitchen waste around the home. This was cleaned up and the overage of dogs removed within six weeks.

Todays violation is an Abandoned home that is partially demolished. I informed them that the home either needs to be boarded up and secured properly and the concrete rubble, and other debris removed, or the home needs to be demolished and removed with the proper permits form the County in place. I gave them two weeks to take care of this.

April 3 2014 Talked with Mr. Lylles this morning about his property and he said he would be taking care of it sometime in the summer. I informed him that it needed to be taken care of before then and he eventually agreed to have someone board it up and secure the building. I also asked him to clean up the debris that is on the property, which he said he would do, he then asked me for two weeks because he said it would take him that long to get a bid and get someone to clean it up as he is out of town at the moment and will not be back until the 14th April.
