Scott Mendoza - 7/25/2018
Due to possible event conflicts, the Utah Cycling League will be notifying all racers and coaches of the anticipated busy weekend on September 14, 15, and 16. Notices will be provided by race packet flyers, email, and a separate race publication (single track times). The busy weekend is due to it being shared with the Xterra Pan Am Championships, Huntsville Marathon, and Trapper's Loop construction.

Medical has accepted the event organizers explanation of the event's "medics"; therefore, the Fire District's June 5th review and approval stands. Fire District email was received 6.9.2018.
Scott Mendoza - 6/7/2018
The Fire District has asked the event organizer to define the term "medic" that is used in the event's medical response plan. This is the response: MEDIC: We will have 3 OEC certified ski patrollers, Cheif Course Marshal that is also OEC certified, Medical Coordinator who is also a nurse. All of our coaches are first aid certified and our level 3 coaches also have WFA certificiation. We will have life flight on call for emergency evacutation, if needed. We like to have at least 6 medical professionals on hand during our events. Thank you, Brooke
