Review agencies, Below are responses (to review questions) received from the wake surf championship organizer. This information has been provided to you so that you can continue your event review. The food vendors for this event will be Lucky Slice Pizza, Rocky Mtn Burger Bus, Wasatch Roasting, BD Catering and Wimpy and Fritz. All of these food vendors are well aware of the requirements and permits needed to operate the event. For Sanitation we will have volunteers and Club Rec employees will comb the beach and use the existing dumpsters deposit all trash. There are more people at these locations every weekend during the summer than there will be during the event, so the existing trash bins should be sufficient. We will also have a wash station and four additional porta potties to go along with the rest of the 16 vault toilets that are already there. Medical plan- The Huntsville fire department is a couple minutes away for any major emergency. There will also be a first aid station at the site at the All Action Sports tent. The Sheriffs on-site are first responder-certified and will be present at the event.
