Thursday 23rd July 2015. Mr. Sabbah sent me an email giving me his calendar of when he has the house rented, I replied that now he was aware that it is a violation he needs to take steps and cancel his bookings I understood that the July bookings and the August ones (July 27th-31st and August 8th-15th) were under the 30 day limit and it would be difficult but the others need to be canceled. and he needed to cease and desist, as it is a violation.

Wednesday July 22nd 2015 Mr. Sabbah, called and wanted to argue the merits of the ordinance and declined to except the that in the zone that his home is located he cannot have a nightly rental.
