Thursday October 15 2015 I received an e-mail from the neighbor informing me that Ms. Sebaske had another very loud group renting her house last weekend.

Monday 14th September 2015. When talking to Principle Planner Scott Mendoza he pulled her advertisement on VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner)the purpose of the web-site is to facilitate short term rental of properties. Mr. Mendoza read off her property description that was posted on line today 9/14/2015. When I pulled the advert on 8/25/2015 the property description was different. The one I pulled from the web site in August stated that it was huge luxury estate perfect for reunions, retreats, weddings or large gatherings. The one listed today in September describes it as a ministerial and educational healing retreat...

Monday 14th September 2015. Ms. Sebaske has come into office with an application for a Design Review for a church, school, residential retreat for the disabled and elderly, community garden.

Thursday 3rd September 2015. Planner Ben Hadfield and I met with Ms. Sebaske about her Nightly rental. Ben explained her options and I allowed her two weeks to come into office with what she has decided to do.
