 Sent a notice to Mr. Hansen about operating a nightly/Weekly rental business; this is not a permitted use in the AV-3 Zone. Receved two complaints because of the noise the nightly renters are making at night having loud parties, the volumes of garbage as well as causing congestion on the road by the house, and disturbing the other neighbors in various ways.

Tuesday September 15, 2015. Received a phone call from Mr. Hansen in answer to the complaint, he informed me that he had no idea that this house was not in an area that allows nightly rentals. Prior to his purchase he requested and received from the previous owners spread sheets and calculations about the sustainability of using this house as a nightly rental and was assured by the real estate personnel that any home in the valley could be used for nightly rentals. six of his siblings went in together and purchased the home as a weekend and family holiday home and the times it was not in use with family members it was their intention to rent out the home and that is what they had been doing. The family had formed an LLC and listed it on the web site that was recommended by the Real Estate Company. Mr. Hansen will still keep it on the Web Site but will list it as a thirty day only listing.
