Sent a notice to Mr. Foley about a set back violaton on his property. His neighbour Mr. Darold Harris brought in a written complaint questioning set back violations.There is an out building that is used to house horses and his corral by the out building is not in compliance.
AV-3 104-6-3 a building or corral used for keeping animals shall be located not less than 100 feet from a public street and not less than 25 feet from any side or rear lot line.
