Sent notice of violation to to Ms. Laurie Lutz and Kevin Butters, the conditional use permit received the approval from the planning commision, but the requirements were never completed. storm water prevention plan, reclamation plan $10,000.00 bond. Because these three things were never completed the conditional use permit was never issued.
