Sent a notice of violation toUna Mae Richardson (life Estate) this is the 9th time that I have sent a notice. I send notices and then they clean up . Eight or nine months later they have accumulated again. Talked to Jeff Weber County deputy attorney about this situation and he said unfortunately if they clean up then that violation goes away and they then accumulate junk again it becomes a new violation. The only thing we can do is tell the judge and ask for a stiffer fine each time they violate even if the clean up within the two weeks.
