Sent file to the Attorneys office on the 14th May 2012 as all and more of the junk has been moved back to the right of way. Also had a discussion with deputy attorney Chris Allred about the situation with his neighbor Mr. Burges. Mr. Burgess believes that Mr. Long has encroached and taken some of Mr. Burgess Property. Mr. Burgess had a survey commissioned and from the survey markers he could well be right. In the discussion with deputy attorney Chris Allred he indicated that if this was in fact the case then Mr. Long was trespassing and this was a civil case; in property disputes between neighbors the County does not become involved with and it would be up to Mr. Burgess to take him to court. However having said that on more than one occasion Mr. Burges has commented that as a boy he remembers going back there and playing and that the shed was built by his Grandfather and Mr. Long has just gutted and rebuilt the shed if that is the case then Mr. Burgess Grandfather has encroached into his setbacks because there is a 7ft easement between both properties. I am waiting to see what date has been set up for a court hearing. Called and talked to Mr. Burgess and informed him about the discussion with the attorneys office on the 21st May. As soon as I get a court date I will call Mr. Burgess and let him know the progress.

Did inspection on 20th of December Some of the debris has been cleared up in his yard and most of the things have been moved from the right away, there is still more to do. I will continue to monitor the progress.

Mr Lay called on the 16th said he hadn't quite got it all cleaned up but that it would be done by the weekend.

Received phone call on 2nd December Mr.Lay asked for an extension he said he would have the property cleared by 16th.
