Talked to Mr.Beck about complaint from neighbors that he is always working on cars in his driveway. He said that he was a retired mechanic and likes to keep his hand in. He said he has fixed almost all of his neighbors cars for free and no one has ever said anything to him that they were upset at what he was doing. He said that he would have it cleaned up by the end of the month. I said that if it wasn't cleaned up by the 30th I would send him a notice.
