Contacted Mr. Quinn about using his property for a private park, playground or recreation area. received complaint from Commissioner Laura Warburton she would like to be anonymous.He said that occasionally he will use his backyard for his boy scout troop, and as his wife doesn't want the boys trooping through the house night and day he brings in a blue toilet for the boys.He said the boys only stay one night so they can obtain their badges. And he only does this a couple of times a year. I said if he got on line and accessed the Counties web site and looked up his zone Forest Valley FV-3 he might be able to obtain a conditional Use to do this as a Private recreation area for up to four times a year. But the best thing to do is make an appointment with one of our planners and talk to them to see what he could do, so he could continue to do this for his community. He said he would think about it and call me back and make an appointment with a planner.
