Dragon Estates Subdivision 1st Amendment was approved by the County Commission and recorded on May 15, 2012. A vacation ordinance (2012-8) for Dragon Estates was also approved and recorded on May 15, 2012.

Received Mylar from Surveying and took it to Engineering for the signature.

Record of Survey has been filed and the Dedication Plat signed by this office.

I have finished our second review of this subdivision. There is a couple of minor corrections to be addressed. When these items have been corrected this office has okayed and released for the printing of the Mylars. I emailed the PDF review to Dallas.
