I left a message for Dallas to return my call to allow permission to change the name of the developer on the mylar from Cliff Bell to Mark and Anna Bennett. Health and Surveying have already signed the plat. Only Engineering and Planning are left to be done before recording.

I see that the Fire District is requiring a fire hydrant, has one been shown in the improvement plans along with the water line extension? Water lines and hydrants are typically built in the ROW and should be reviewed by Engineering before installation.

A new plat has been submitted for this project. This property has been sold to new owners who would like to continue this application and build a home ASAP. Please review that nothing has changed since the printed mylar, and re-list any outstanding requirements needed for approval.

I spoke to Cliff Bell this morning, he was under the impression the deferral for curb, gutter & sidewalk had been granted. I asked Justin about it and he said it has not been granted but is recommended to be granted. Cliff will talk to Landmark about getting elevations put on the preliminary plan for the entire site. He also said the required pipe for the ditch along the road will be handled by Kent Buie.

I received another plat on this project and have discussed this project with Jared. I need to also discuss it with Chad because I'm unsure as to how to help move this project forward being as I'm not getting a response to my review and keep getting a plat brought in for me to review.
