Amend the current CV-2 Zone to add as a permitted use to this zone, the use of the property for an Assisted Living Center. This change would be an excellent addition in this zone and would be an asset to the community. This would be a good use in this zone and would positively impact the zone. The Assisted Living Center use would be of little impact as far as traffic and virtually no noise impact or other adverse impacts created by some other uses already in the zone.
