The Eden Epic is a 47 mile endurance mountain bike race that starts at the Avon Pass gate located at approximately 6160 North and 3175 East, in Liberty.  The course follows the Avon Pass road, other dirt roads, ATV roads, and single track to the finish which is located at the Hearthside Reception Center, in Eden.  The race provides three aid stations and consists of three road crossings where spotters will assist participants with crossing.  No road closures are proposed and auto traffic will not be stopped at course intersections.  See application and UDOT permit for more information.  See the following link for course location: http://edenepic.com/the-course/

The event organizer has provided the following response to the Building Inspection Office review: The power source will be the Hearthside reception center, and possibly a generator... All power will go through a surge protector.
