This business license will be housed in the Eden Holding & Development Company strip mall, which is owned by Paul Judd. This is an after school dance studio, Mrs Mckinney would like it to expand to include all disciplines in the future. The studio will begin with two classes  Wednesday and Thursday 2:45/7:45 pm but would like it to expand as her clientele base builds. This is a permitted use in this zone, Parking is adequate and landscape is already in place. As per Title 110, Business and identification signs attached to a building may project into a required front or side yard not more than six feet and not less than ten feet above the ground or sidewalk. Ground business signs, including all portable type signs for conforming uses only, shall not be located closer than ten feet to a front or side property line for that portion of the sign lower than ten feet and not closer than three feet for that portion of the sign greater than ten feet in height.
