The following information has been provided by South Bay Productions and is in response to the Sheriff's Office review and request for information related to traffic control personnel: We are using skilled location people dressed in Flagging gear. Bright Green with reflective tape holding a Stop/Slow Sign and listing for cuts and rolls. I have one Flagger at the top of the dead end road "Old Snow Basin Road" and one Flagger at the bottom. While we are filming we hold traffic - seems to be around 3-5 minutes. We let Top down first and up after. I have a third person in the middle that yells out car approaching. Everybody (crew on the road) is wearing green vest. So far today we have had 5 public cars. and no one since 12pm.
