Emailed Public Hearing packet to Chandra Borong directly and did not mail (parcel post) Ray Bowden due to Mel Smith stating that Chandra Borong is the representative. Asked for conformation regarding receipt and attendance at public hearing. Public hearing was rescheduled to Nov. 6th, 10am to make certain noticing was perfectly clear. Proof of notification is in file.

Public hearing date was set for Tuesday, October 9th. Gave Fatima and Sherri a copy of the Notice. Sent Chandra an email, Wednesday, September 19th 12:56pm, notifying her of the public hearing date. Asked for reply to verify receipt.

Public Hearing was scheduled for October 9th this morning in County Commission meeting. SM sent Notice to Fatima and Sherri at 10:23am 9/18/2012.
Scott Mendoza - 8/29/2012
Presented request at the July 31st OVPC meeting. Moved forward with a 3-2 vote in favor of request. SM prepared revised language to fit the intended request and forwarded language to Chandra on August 7th for her to review and approve before sending to County Commission. Have not heard from Chandra therefore unable to act. August 29th, sent another message to Chandra asking that she review language and let me know if it meets her intent and need. Will wait for her reply before setting a date for a public hearing at the County Commission.
