Mr.Rounkles has responded to the violation notice and contacted Sean, he has taken down the banner signs and would like to talk about his disposal bins. Talking with Sean about this situation he has suggested we have a discussion with Jim and then contact Mr. Rounkles on how to help him come into compliance.
