EPA application emailed 2013-05-14 (see document grant_application.pdf) . Received notification of approval 2013-06-25 (see document XP96818001-0).

Talked with Mohammed, EPA Regional Director, out of Denver. He stated the funds could only be used for Weber County unicorporated use. These funds could not be divided out to the incorporated ares. Weber County could include the incorporated master plans, but the funds are appropriated to Weber County.

Talked with Svetlana K. at the Department of Water Quality. She will be the P.M. over the project. Forwarded the email from Dana Allen of EPA stating an evnironmental study will not be required. I will send her the bullets addressing the needs for the Master Plan for her review this week
