Inspection on Sept 19, 2018 Noted as a County SWPPP Note concerns over concrete washout. needs to go into a line pit or washout container. not allowed to be washed out onto the ground . Call and message left with Mr. Chad Call as listed on the SWPPP permit. left message please perform a clean up with 7 days of this notice. Blane Frandsen PE A call back received from Mr. Call he noted that he did have a pit but the last subcontractor did leave a mess and he would get such cleaned up immediately i gave him 7 days.
