29 June Did a re-inspection both backhoes were removed from the property, the semi was also gone. I will be monitoring this property to make sure there is not a recurrence of equipment being housed at this property.

June 8 2012, Received a phone call from Kathryn Penrod, asking me if I am targeting her family. I replied that I had received a phone call that backhoes and construction equipment were being housed on her property and as she only had just over one acre she could not house construction equipment at her residence and they needed to be moved. She said that she knew Commissioner Gibson very well as a personal friend and she would be talking to him about taking away my job. I replied that I also knew Commissioner Gibson as he was the Commissioner who was looking after the Planning Division this year and volunteered both Directors names and numbers Jim gentry and Rob Scott and informed her if she was dissatisfied with my performance she could talk to them, but she didn’t seem interested in talking to them. I let her know that she had two weeks to remove the equipment or this notice would be turned over to the attorney’s office.
