I have added a revised site plan. The new plan shows that the two windmills will be at least 60 feet from any lot line and therefore meet the setback requirements in 23-24.
Chad Meyerhoffer - 8/23/2012
I received an email yesterday evening on this project. Chad Meyerhoffer I am responding to questions you have about the wind turbine installation and conditional permit that we are applying for. Your questions are as follows. 1- The turbines location is fairly close to the barn that they are building and I believe quit a ways from any flood plan or sheep creek witch is located further back on the property. I know the barn and turbines are about the same elevation and close to the same location. I would think they would have brought up concerns on the barn permit if there was a problem. Question 2 - the base or foundation for these turbines is a 30 Inch by 12 foot deep concrete column. Which is well less than the yardage you quoted in your concerns. Please call me if you have any questions. Thanks Steve Painter West Mountain Wind and Solar 801 836 5001
