Ms. Hoffman applied for permits to remodel her home and as her property was in violation in 2010 for multiple vehicles and junk. I did an inspection of the property and she was again found to be in violation. I contacted her and informed her that she was again in violation and the violation would need to be cleared up before she could proceed with her project. I also sent her a notice. In 2010 she had also applied to build an accessory building which she could not proceed with until her property was cleared up.
