21 May deputy Chatline called me and said he had gone over on the 18th and talked to Mrs Hadley he informed her of my concern about the last conversation she had with me. He promised to check in with her once a week and after a two hour visit with her thought she had calmed down. He promised he would check on her once a week. I thanked him.

18 May 11:12 am Mrs Hadley called she said someone was knocking on her door at night I again tried talking to her about her situation, I again recommended that she should call 911 when these incidents are occurring so dispatch could send a deputy out to help her. I again informed her that my duties only included violations of codes and zoning and I would gladly help her with those if I could find any evidence of zoning ordinances being broken or abused.she then stated screaming at me saying that she was going to get a shot gun and shoot her husband next time he had a wild party or drove by the house. I called the deputy Chatline who patrols that area and asked if he might do a welfare check and if he would talk to her because of the threats she had made to me about her husband. He said he would.

16 May 1600 Mrs Hadley called again and said that the deputy sheriffs had refused to come out and arrest her ex husband for revving up the engine of his truck. I informed her that I could not do anything because it wasn't my jurisdiction. All I deal with is zoning and code violations.

16 May 15:40 Mrs Hadley called me again and said that her ex husband had revved his truck engine as he passed her house. I said that if your ex husband was harassing her she should call the deputy sheriffs that I could not help her in this matter.

16 May 9:28 am Mrs Hadley again called and said that they have buried the pipes. I informed her that when I checked the other day I had not seen any evidence. Mrs. Hadley had again called Jim Gentry and he asked me to go out and check. so I did I did not see any evidence of digging around the trailer. I did however meet Mr. Hadley. Mr. Hadley apologized he said that Mrs. Hadley was his ex wife and that yes when his family is getting ready to go out of town for a chariot race if they need to leave very early they do spend the night and they might get together for a barbecue before but as for a loud parties he said he was in his mid seventies and the last time he had a loud party John Kennedy became President of the United States. He said he is usually done and asleep by nine especially if he has to get up at three am and start driving to get to where they needed to be.He also said he used the three pieces of piping to sure up is irrigation ditch as the old pipe was cracked and he wasn't getting his fair share of irrigation water he offered to show me where he had installed it. I declined the offer. I called Mrs Hadley back and informed her that I had spoken to her ex husband and he had explained the use of the pipes and also the odd night that he stays in the trailer.

16 May 8:02 am Mrs Hadley called and said that for the last twenty years she has been complaining to me that someone has been living in a trailer and I have been doing nothing. that people have been driving drunk causing all kinds of mayhem and I have been allowing it to happen.

14 May Mrs Hadley called again said she didn't see me come by yesterday and wanted me to check and see if there was any activity. I drove by did not get out of my truck as I could not see any one there. Called Mrs Hadley back said I couldn't see any activity.

08 May Mrs Hadley called me again and said I know someone is living there because there are some pipes by the door of the trailer and they must be digging a pipe to connect to a septic. I again went out and could see some piping but digging I again left my card. Knocked at the door of Mrs Hadley and informed her that I had seen three pieces of pipe but no digging. I informed her that I would check again in a few days to see what was going on I again assured her that I could see no evidence of someone living there.

04 May Mrs Hadley called Assistant Director Jim Gentry he called me and asked if I might go back to Mrs Hadley and knock on her door and talk to her. So I did. I then walked to the same property and looked again at the trailer. I could not see any evidence that there was someone living in the trailer. I left my card so that if there was some inhabitants they might call me up and I could ask them if they were living in the trailer full time.

04 May Mrs Hadley left message that I had gone to the wrong property because there was someone living in a trailer full time.

04 May called Mrs Hadley back I could see no evidence that someone was living in a trailer.
