Mr. Kartchner has a lot of farm equipment like balers and tractors that he tinkers with and repairs as a hobby. He then puts the equipment on KSL and e-bay to sell. the majority of his work is done in a large building he calls his hobby room but parts do spill out. when I talked to him and said that it looks like a a farm equipment repair shop he said that sometimes it takes him more than two years to find parts and fix them up and he doesnt make any money on them he just makes enough to buy the next piece of equipment and parts to tinker and fix. He said since he retired twenty years ago it has kept him going. I asked him to keep all his parts in his garage and not let any of his parts spill out of the building. I will also monitor this property.
