Received a complaint from a citizen living in the Ogden Canyon about a chain link fence being constructed on the Ogden Chambers of Commerce property by the lime kilns by the US Forest Smoky Bear fire danger sign in the Ogden Canyon property tax id :- 13-075-0006. I drove to the property and took some photographs of chain link being installed to preserve the electrical panel constructed with Ogden Cities water project. I called Ogden Chamber of Commerce President Dave Hardman and explained the situation and also Ogden City to notify them that our ordinances do not allow chain link fencing.  I left a message with Mr. Kenton Moffat at Ogden City he was out of town, I called the water department and talked with Mr. Monson Ruston and Mr. Vincent Ramos and sent them both emails with the applicable codes and also Director Wilkinson's direct number. The Code that talks about chain link fencing is section 108-2-3 and section 108-2-7.
