Friday May 15, 2015, I talked with the Planning Director Mr. Sean Wilkinson Planning Director because the home is rented and also they do not have a hard surface area like asphalt or concrete just compacted dirt he decided that as the home was so old and it would be an extreme hardship that the compacted dirt would be ok for parking. Sec. 108-8-7. - Parking lot design and maintenance. All private parking facilities must be improved with a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt and must be sloped and graded to prevent drainage of stormwater onto adjacent properties.
