Due to a mistake in noticing verbiage, this item will remain on the September 12th 2017 agenda to be held as the final action item open to public comment. Then continued the following week, September 19 2017, as an item for public hearing.

This proposed vacation is due to go before the County Commission on September 12th. The applicant must have the drainage easements in place before the County Engineer can sign off on it.

April 4 is the new tentative date which this project may go before the County Commission for approval.

Surveyors are fine with the ordinance.

Due to the lack of reviews, I have removed this project from the March 14th agenda. This project will go before the County commission upon receiving reviews/comments from applicable review agencies.

Note to reviewing agencies: This project is set to go before the Planning Commission on March 14th. At your earliest convenience, please post a review.

There is no descriptions to be reviewed by the Surveyors Office. I would suggest the Engineers Department look into any possible utilities running through those easements, as it appears there are 10' PUE's along the outer perimeter of the lots. Will a PUE exist once the Storm Drain Easement is vacated?
