On May 5, 2015, The County Commission held a public hearing to consider this proposal. After which they adopted the amendments. The full ordinance, Ordinance #2015-7, is included under the 'files' tab.

As of April 14, 2015, this ordinance amendment proposal has received a positive recommendation from both the Ogden Valley Planning Commission and the Western Weber Planning Commission, after duly noticed and executed public hearings. April 16, 2015, A request has been sent to the County Commission to set another public hearing for this item. If approved, that hearing will be held by the County Commission prior to their formal decision on it.
