This property has a junk violation, Met with Mr & Mrs Plum and the Planning Director Sean Wilkinson on the 8th September and decided on a plan of action. I will meet Mr & Mrs. Plum at their home on thursday 11 September at 17:30 as that is the time Mr. Plum is off from work and go through the property and help the plums identify the junk so they can remove it. I will give them thirty days to complete and do a reinspection on the 14th October to make sure that the junk has been removed. The Land Use permit wil alaso be issued as it will help contain the some of the junk.
