Spoke with Ms. Skocelas and she asked for time for clean up I gave her 30 days, I also told her I would hold off on the violation notice untill I inspected again in 30 days.

Tuesday 14 October 2014, Did an re-inspection and noted that the junk was still in the back yard sent a notice of junk violation and also a denial of her application for a day care license.
