Blaine, I am hereby notifying the County that my lot is currently frozen and under about 1 foot of snow and I intend to suspend earth disturbing activities until approximately March 30th, 2019. Fortunately, I was able to get my silt fence and straw waddles in place before the frost and snow. I have not yet excavated for the home and have only stubbed utilities up to the future pad site. Excavation will likely begin for the home site footings near April 1st. I will notify the County prior to commencement of any earth disturbing work on the site. Thank you for the notification.
