The code that is the subject of this file was packaged into a proposed modification to the County’s PRUD code, file #ZTA 2017-17. Both Western Weber Planning Commission and Ogden Valley Planning Commission have heard and made a recommendation to the County Commission on the PRUD code. On August 7, 2018, a public hearing was scheduled for the proposed PRUD code. In this meeting the County Commission expressed their general desire to see the subject of this file move forward, but they tabled the proposed PRUD code. On August 21, 2018, the code that is subject of this file was presented to the Commission separately from the PRUD code, at which time it was approved even though PRUD code was tabled again. For procedural information regarding this file, please see file #ZTA 2017-17.
