The following letter was sent to Mr. Bitton today: Mr. Bitton, I was asked to sign the final approval letter for your building permit. Upon a site inspection, I found that the old drain ditch (which has been piped) has been used as a washout and has broken concrete dumped into it, see enclosed photo. This is inappropriate material to be dumped anywhere within the County right of way and must be removed prior to gaining occupancy to the new home. There is the C & D Landfill and Conrock Products which will typically take that type of material. If you have any questions please let me know.
